nella cucina…. Our sweet red blend NONNA GELSO is just the ticket with a good Vindaloo curry, as chilli and sweetness dance together so well. Homemade raita is a really nice balance with its yogurt creaminess and cooling cucumber.
Make your own… doesn’t take long. The Little Cellar Rat likes the result you get using a smaller grating setting, a touch of sugar, mint of course and you’re all set to go. Squeeze out the excess cucumber juice using an old tea towel, folded. buon appetito!
