We’re particularly proud of our 3 MARYS SPARKLING MUSCAT. It’s made using ‘méthode traditionelle’ the process used for champagne and involves two stages of fermentation plus the skill and commitment of the winemaker. The end product is worth it. To see those ‘princesses tapped in the tower released’ involves the appreciation of you, the consumer!
All our wines and liqueurs are made here on the Hill, made with pride passion and respect for tradition with no preservatives added…. alcohol of course is the preservative and in the case of reds, tannin!
