Our current 3 MARYS SPARKLING MUSCAT has been on lees for 36 months, allowing complex flavours to develop. There’s Turkish Delight on the nose and front palate, just a hint of sweetness then finishing with dry notes of orange and grapefruit peel. It’s such a good partner with seafood, especially locally caught Red Emperor, Coral Trout, Sweet Lip. Let that beautiful seafood sing of the sea. Just quick pan fry in a little butter or EVOO. squisito!
