WHITES
TWO FAT FROGS SEMILLON     2021                           $20 / Case $240
 A light and clean dry white with notes of honeydew melon and pear.  Partner with  soft cheeses, creamy pasta, risotto, seafood & chicken.
THREE MARYS SPARKLING MUSCAT              $35/ Case $420
A  fresh ‘just off dry’  bubbly with initial notes of Turkish Delight and dried orange peel to finish. Hand-crafted using ‘methode champenoise’ and kept on lees for 36 months, it is especially good with seafood.  Guaranteed to add a sparkle to any occasion!

THREE MEN AND THE MOON  2017   CABERNET SAUVIGNON/SHIRAZ   $25/ Case $300
A medium-bodied dry red with plummy and spice notes.  Fire up the barbeque or look forward to enjoying it with whatever takes your fancy….. pizza, lasagne, game with cranberry jus.  Otherwise, anything char-grilled or slow-cooked works equally well.  Why the name?  It was bottled on the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing,  20 July 2019.
NANNA GELSO  2018    SHIRAZ/CABERNET SAUVIGNON/MERLOT $20/ Case $240
This sweet red blend is still light and lively and just a little bit cheeky! There’s ripe raspberry lurking in the background. Food matches? Consider spicy roast pumpkin, feta and dukkah salad, the usual red meat suspects or gutsy cheeses with barnyard personalities! Remember, ‘sweet and chilli’ are good dancing partners so consider a good, vibrant beef, lamb or vegetable curry.

CELTIC ROSE FORTIFIED WHITE MUSCAT     $45/ Case $540      GOLD MEDAL WINNER &  AWARD  BEST FORTIFIED QLD 2009      Aging in oak has produced a topaz-coloured dessert wine  with toffee and honey flavours. Perfect with an aged cheddar or blue vein or desserts featuring ginger, date, caramel, walnuts or hazelnuts.
THE CAFÉ – COFFEE LIQUEUR                        $30 / Case $360
A true, full-flavoured, no-nonsense ‘gutsy’ liqueur for lovers of ‘real coffee’.  Dances well with any dessert featuring chocolate, figs, pears, nuts,  maybe even baked apples or a baked cheesecake. Why not settle for something decidedly simple and just pour over ice-cream.  Yummy!
THREE RIGHT HANDS – 2019 SPECIAL RELEASE – FORTIFIED RED  $45/$540      100 litres of 18 year old Shiraz, aged in both French and  American oak then blended … what an elegant marriage! Rich and  syrupy, redolent of plump prunes. An ultra elegant FINE OLD TAWNY with aromatic  spice and raisiny notes.  Enjoy with after-dinner coffee,  gussied-up prunes, fruit cake or plum pudding.  A Darn Fine Match too with muscatel grapes, aged cheddar and cheeses with attitude.
