Terranzo the winemaker is especially proud of our 3 MARYS SPARKLING MUSCAT made using ‘méthode champenoise’ where the secondary fermentation needed to capture those beautiful bubbles takes place in each and every bootle. Of course the craft and skill of the winemaker doesn’t stop there because the sediment crated by this hard working yeast cells has to be removed.
