Had a cleanup during Covid Lockdown and re-discovered something kitchen/ cooking related? The Little Cellar Rat re-acquainted with a lovely slab of marble, usually used for making scones and pastry. Well, it now has pride of place on the Flindersia Table, where all the chopping takes place. It’s a delight to use for cutting vegetables and fruit of all sort. Pine boards still the go though for meats, fish and chicken.
