ciao tutti!!  Get that Father’s Day gift sorted with one of our delectable liqueurs and fortifieds, or maybe even a fruit liqueur.

Maybe a bottle of THE CAFE COFFEE LIQUEUR is just what that special dad would like?  Available for tastings at the cellar door today.

This liqueur, like all our products, has a story behind it.  In this case it’s THE VALLEY CAFE, built in the 1930’s by Terranzo’s grandparents.  It was both a food and  social hub with all sorts of Italian delicatessen items on offer, Sicilian style meals, the best fruit and vegetables all delivered with the panache that is built into the DNA of Mediterranean culture.

Had a cleanup during Covid Lockdown and re-discovered something kitchen/ cooking related? The Little Cellar Rat re-acquainted with a lovely slab of marble, usually used for making scones and pastry. Well, it now has pride of place on the Flindersia Table, where all the chopping takes place. It’s a delight to use for cutting vegetables and fruit of all sort. Pine boards still the go though for meats, fish and chicken.
